Home Maintenance Excel Schedule

Here is a link to a Home Maintenance Schedule that is Excel based. It gives you a basic checklist of items to be checked quarterly. Then a list of items to be checked for each season. This will give you a basic list to work from, you can also add additional items to the list that are specific to your home.
